Just to tickle your taste buds I thought I’d post the planned menu for Saturday night. Almost all of the recipes are from Donna Hay (whom I adore) and I can’t wait to try them out. I like this menu as things can be made in advance (soup, cheese platter & macaroons) and the rest is oven roasted meaning all I have to do is carve and serve, leaving me to have a good time out of the kitchen and just focus on being a great hostess.
