Music is very important to me at the moment. I could spend a whole pay check on new CDs. TV is getting less and less interesting, especially once MasterChef is over. LM and I love that show, he always kicks like a crazy man during the show. Maybe we’ll have a little foodie on our hands, Mumma can hope. Anyway, back to music, I’m finding it’s the only way I can truly chillout and stop my brain from over thinking. Feel free to make me many mixed CDs and send them my way… I have 6.5 weeks of over thinking ahead.
I went into Crossroads (my old work) to check out the fashion and I’m quite glad I’m pregnant and missed out, I don’t like it at all. Harem pants and parachute tops… what is this, the 80’s? My boss said she was surprised that I haven’t put too much weight on. I wasn’t sure if that was a compliment or not lol. Dressing the bump is getting a bit hard and the outfits are getting repetative. At least I never feel like I have to make a fashion statement in my giant blue fluffy dressing gown.
He’s really popping out now and I’m LOVING it. I get random smiles on the street and you can hear them thinking “I wonder if it’s a boy or a girl”. My boobs still haven’t changed and I’m still on the lookout for them to start leaking at the most inapropriate times but it’s yet to happen. LM has a definite routine of awake and asleep now. When I was at Mum & Dads I tickled my belly where his feet are meant to be and he went nuts and kicked and rolled. I couldn’t grin wide enough, tickly baby toes!!!
My boobs are looking so small lol, it’s weird. My butt hasn’t changed too much, just got a bit wider, along with my hips. The only real craving I’ve had is cheese sticks. You know, the ones you ate at school and you’d bite a tiny hole in it and squeeze the cheese out like worms lol. They’ve really stopped me from snacking too much and I’m getting the added calcium too. There isn’t much left to do for LM in preparation for his arrival. We’re picking up his carseat on the weekend so thats pretty exciting… yes I’ll post pics lol.
