Isn’t it gorgeous. I’m so in love with my bump and “my little squishy” aka: Little Mezza. After going to the Birth Suite and seeing all the squishy newborns it’s all I can seem to call him now days. I can’t stop dreaming of what he’ll look like and what features he’ll have. This is going to be the longest 2 weeks of our lives, it’s already started to draaaaaaaaaaag…
Everything is done. Everything. Even my assignments are being ticked off quicker than expected. The house is spotless and Steve and I are starting to drive each other bonkers. I keep telling LM that it’s time to vacate but he’s not listening, obviously more comfortable where he is. My family are coming down to stay from next weekend (unless LM arrives sooner) so that will be lovely to catch up as I haven’t seen my sister Stephanie in forever.
I really have a thing for KitKat’s still but I’m trying my best to curb the cravings. Strawberries, cashew nuts and homemade banana smoothies are my favourite snacks at the moment. For dinner I’m loving home-style hamburgers, lots of green vegetables, salad and I could eat roma tomatoes by the kilo. I haven’t had one single potato cake all week, are you proud? I am lol.
Just seeing my bump makes me smile. I’m so glad I stuck to it and took these weekly pictures. They’re not much in the way of quality or even have good lighting technique but seriously who cares. I’m also particularly proud that in all the photos I’ve never managed to wear the same outfit twice. My Bump Book looks fantastic and will be a very treasured item in our house. We just can’t wait for LM to make his appearance no matter which way it happens.
