Welcome back for week 25 of the Polly Dolly weekly Polyvore challenge!
Every Thursday I’ll post a new Polly Dolly Theme Challenge, then you toddle off and get creative. You can credit the items if you want and add a bit of an explanation of why you chose the pieces or you can just share your clipboard… it’s up to you. When you’re done maxing out your imaginary credit cards, simply add your link below using your blogs name as the “title” and a direct link to the specific blog post. Note: As Polyvore only publishes to Twitter or Facebook, I’ve found the easiest way is to click on your set, and go to ‘view details’. Then go to ’embed on your blog’ and copy the html (you can chose to have just your picture, or the item info as well). Paste it into your post in the html section. Easy!
I’m so very very excited about the warmer weather and all the adventure it brings. Since we bought a snazzy new car we’ve put the caravan on hold and we’ll be borrowing my dads huge tent from when I was a kid. We still have many trips planned although a little rougher, so what I want to know is what would your Dolly wear:
A shirt like this is completely necessary, they’re lightweight, keep away mozzies and stop you from getting sun burnt. Team it with super cute high waisted shorts, chunky mens watch and a pair of well worn hiking boots and you’re in business. I’d also slather on sunscreen, lip balm and wear a comfy cap and sunglasses. When the weather got a bit warmer or we were by the water I’d wear my trusty thongs and a bikini top. We’d set up the tent early and make sure there were fresh batteries in the torch so we could tell ghost stories at night by the fire.
