Welcome back for week 43 of the Polly Dolly weekly Polyvore challenge!
Every Thursday I’ll post a new Polly Dolly Theme Challenge, then you toddle off and get creative. You can credit the items if you want and add a bit of an explanation of why you chose the pieces or you can just share your clipboard… it’s up to you. When you’re done maxing out your imaginary credit cards, simply add your link below using your blogs name as the “title” and a direct link to the specific blog post. Polyvore publishes your outfit straight to your blog with a simple click of the “publish” button… too easy!
Yesterday was Australia Day and my gosh was it a scorcher! I had difficulty walking out the front door without feeling like I’d just walked into Hades. We stayed at home, played in the sprinkler, ate too much ice cream and danced along to Triple J Hottest 100 on the wireless. So this week I want to know what your Dolly wore on Australia Day…
My Dolly was slightly more sociable and the weather was much nicer so she went to the park, esky full of beer and lots of food in tow. She meet up with a few friends and they let the kids (who were covered in Australia tattoos) run feral whilst the sausages cooked. There was no real need to get dressed up, just a cute pair of shorts, a light cotton top and a pair of thongs was all she needed to play an epic round of cricket. Of course you can’t forget to slop on some sunscreen, slap on a hat, spritz on some insect repellent and squirt just a little too much tomato sauce on your sausage “sanga”.
