It’s the peak of winter and I’ve been seeing a lot of photos online, happy families playing about in the snow. If I was off on a winter wonderland adventure I’d wear a bright snow jacket and warm comfy waterproof pants. Big fluffy, warm boots are essential, as are lovely warm gloves. For a homely touch Polly wears a hat and scarf knitted by nanna. Goggles, water bottle, gum, watch, lip balm and a watch keep Polly refreshed and polished on the slopes.

I've seen snow a couple of times but haven't been on a proper snow holiday. I reckon I'd be hopeless at skiing…but it does look like fun.

Anyhoo, i spent a year living in New Jersey, where it snowed, on and off, for 3 or 4 months of the year. I have to tell you though… snow and i are NOT good friends…
I HATE SNOW.
We are hopefully going this year but I plan to stay inside while they enjoy the cold.
