When I told Teer Wayde from Curves To Kill that I was going to Melbourne for the ProBlogger Conference we immediately started planning a photoshoot, nothing over the top, just a few shots in one or two outfits around the city. The night before I flew over from Sydney, Teer was telling me how much she liked the new City Chic Lingerie range and “wouldn’t it be so much fun to do a lingerie shoot…” which of course got me all excited and several emails later it was organised. Suddenly our little go-with-the-flow photoshoot turned into a little production but it was so worth it. The photos were taken with my Nikon D700 & 24-70mm 2.8 Nikkor with no flash, no fancy lighting just me and Teer doing what we do best. I’m so excited to share these with you… enjoy!
I was not paid for this post or for these photographs which are my own property and taken to add to my growing portfolio. City Chic supplied garments for the shoot which Teer was then able to keep. The shoot took a little over two hours and Teer did her own hair and make up. She borrowed my Watts Up because I was keen to see how it would look on camera and now I’m even more in love with it. Teer is also wearing my #30 Fushia Lipstick by Revlon, one of my favourites. The shoes and skirt are the models own. As you may have noticed I haven’t airbrushed anything more than a few blemishes and only tweaked the colour balance, no photoshopping required. This is Teer in all her glory… isn’t she gorgeous!!!
A very special thank you to Teer for being a superstar model, every time I come to Melbourne I want you in front of my lens. Thank you to City Chic for supplying me with all the lingerie for the photoshoot, it’s all so beautiful and fit Teer perfectly. Thank you to Novotel for unknowingly allowing me to photograph a half naked woman in and around your hotel… that was awesome!
