Aussie Curves – Black & White

The black and white fashion combination is truly a girls best friend and there are millions of ways you can incorporate it into your look. After staring at my wardrobe for awhile I decided to go all out in one of my favourite maxi dresses from Crossroads. It has a simple silhouette, a great neckline, stretchy fabric, a forgiving print and I’m pretty sure I got it on sale before Christmas. I’m wearing a size XXL.

I wore this dress all day: to school drop off, to the post office, to the bank, even through the rain and you can’t even tell. The dress is pretty crazy and I adore it, by adding colour block accessories it breaks up the intensity of the print and adds some colour. One of the best things about dressing in black and white is that if you do choose an accent colour it can be anything! I wear this dress a lot and each time it’s different because of what I add to it.

I’d had a pretty lack lustre day, lots of chores and errands to run (and PMSing like crazy) so perking up my outfit didn’t put a huge grin across my face but it did lift my spirits… glossy neon pink just has that effect on me!
