There was no way that I was missing this week’s theme, I was still deeply regretting not being a part of stripe week so I decided to roll the two into one. In the end I think it all worked out brilliantly. I google searched something along the lines of “Celebrities wearing bold stripes” and who should pop up but my girl Taylor Swift. With my new hair extensions it just made it all too easy so I sucked up my poor sick little self and got down to business.
I’ve only had the extensions for a few days so cut a girl some slack when it comes to installing the buggers, they’re not perfect yet but I’m sure they will be after the hairdresser gets her hands on them. They’ll be perfectly tailored in no time. I must say I’m really loving the colour though, I never took myself for a honey blonde but I’m really liking the softness of it.
I don’t think I could ever be a permanent weave wearer unless I had a team to put them in for me everyday but they sure are a lot of fun. My hair has a lot of volume already and prone to lovely curly waves but it just takes so damn long to grow. Abracadabra… long hair, but more on the extensions in another post.
Lets take a moment to talk about how awesome and easy to wear this dress is. The fabric is super stretchy and really comfy, it’s thicker than your average bear so I’m kind of bummed that I didn’t find it in winter but don’t get me wrong it will still get a lot of action this spring and summer. It comes in plain black, hot pink and bold stripe. I’ve already ordered another one in hot pink, that’s how much I love it.
