Late yesterday afternoon I nervously headed to one of the local beauty salons to get eye lash extensions applied. If I'm honest I always thought it was a bit silly to pay upward of $100 every 2-3 weeks just for long lashes but after having what felt like permanent panda eyes during FFFWeek last year I started to reconsider.

Since I recently dared myself to wear a bright green dress and loved myself silly in it, I've been on a mission to add more green to my wardrobe. Brr... winter is definitely coming but I'm loving it. Autumn is my favourite time of year, the sky is filled with honeycomb light, the trees glow, the air is filled with a mix of smoke and dewy grass and best of all I get to wear layers. Toss the heels and trade them in for flats and you've got my go-to daily outfit. I love comfortable clothing for everyday wear and layering thin, gorgeous fabrics is my favourite way of dressing as the seasons change.
